Consideration

The PLA, the organization responsible for hosting KinkFest, is a non-profit entity dedicated to providing educational opportunities to both its members and the broader community. While our resources for offering compensation to performers are limited, we strive to accommodate our performers to the best of our ability. Here are the guidelines for considerations available to performers selected for KinkFest:

1. Event Access: Admissions to KinkFest (a $500-$600 value) will be provided to the primary performer and the co-performer. If it is a solo performance, the performer can offer the second admission to their support person. If you are presenting or otherwise volunteering and getting a ticket from another department, you cannot transfer these tickets.
2. Honorarium: Each performance slot will earn $100.
3. Additional Compensation: Performers who do two or more acts, and/or a spotlight act for Opening Ceremonies may be eligible to receive an additional event registration for a partner/friend. In some cases, performers may also be provided with hotel accommodations and/or reimbursement for travel expenses.
4. Event Support: During the event, performers and their partners will have access to complimentary coat check, a green room, and a hospitality room offering daily refreshments.

Please note that these guidelines are intended for informational purposes only and do not constitute an agreement or guarantee of compensation or consideration. Individual circumstances, needs, expertise, and experience may vary. KinkFest reserves the right to modify any arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

Please clearly outline your expectations, requirements, or fee requests in exchange for performing at KinkFest. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs; however, please be aware that we operate within a defined budget. If your requests exceed our allocated resources, we may not be able to accept your proposal.
